Darkweb Actors to Start Selling A Database Of Gemini And Binance Users Soon

The Darkweb threat actors intend to start selling this database soon. Gemini has launched an XRP cashback rewards program for its credit card users.

Darkweb Threat actors, who claimed to have thousands of Gemini and Binance users’ records, including names, passwords, and location data, are putting up the lists for sale online. In a blog post published recently, the Dark Web Informer, a Darkweb online news site, stated that the most recent sale was from a threat actor going by the handle AKM69, who had an extensive list of sensitive data belonging to users of the popular cryptocurrency exchange Gemini.

The Dark Web Informer claimed that the database for sale contained 100,000 records, including the complete names, phone numbers, emails, and location data of people from the United States and a few records from Singapore and the United Kingdom. The threat actor classified the listing as a component of a more extensive campaign to sell consumer data for fraud, recovery targeting, or cryptocurrency marketing.

This record is part of a staged migration. The opening of the original article is shown here; the remaining body is queued for the full content import. Read the original.
